Dismissal Protocols:

PHMS Student Dismissal Options:

Bus, Pick-Up or Walker

~The school does oversee bus transportation. If your child needs to take a different bus at the end of the day for child care purposes, we do require a note or email to the school. The request will need to be in writing. Once this is approved by administration, we will provide the student with a bus pass for that day.

~The school does not need to be informed regarding end of the day dismissal via "parent pick-up." This is an arrangement between the parent/guardian and the student.

~The school does not oversee student walkers. This is also an arrangement between the parent/guardian and the student.

*If you are requesting a permanent alternate bus change, you will need to fill out the Alternate Bus Form which is located in PowerSchool.

Reminders:

Picture Day photo's were sent home with students on Thursday, 10/9/25. If your child was absent they can pick them up in the main office. If you have any questions, please email the main office at: phmsmainoffice@rsd20.org.
